Online Training Events Requirements

| August 30, 2009

This is some of the required free software and items needed for the online training events:

Please download these things and have them installed previous to the training time. If you need any help with this or have questions please feel free to contact us anytime with your questions.

  • Skype – Conference calling software. Download this at www.skype.com
  • Mikogo PC Version – This is software that can be installed on your computer to take the full advantage of desktop sharing. Download this software at www.mikogo.com (Recommended).

Special Note About Mikigo:

Should you not wish to install this software you can view the the webinar by signing in through the Mikogo website, but some options will be limited. Mikogo has versions for both the Mac and PC. The link for the PC Version is above. The link for the Mac version is here at Mikogo for Mac Users. (Recommended if you are using a Mac).

  • A microphone. (Built-In, Headset or Desktop Microphone.) USB is better for sound but, not required. We will be posting more about audio quality and microphone recommendations later.
  • Internet Connection – Preferably high speed. (I am assuming if you are reading this post you already have that so, scratch that).

I hope this helps.

Thanks from your Ranch Hand Tour Guides
